Fairfield's non-credit, Pre-College Nursing Program for high school students allows you to experience a week in the world of nursing, learning about the many opportunities available in this growing profession with our outstanding faculty.

The application deadline is Friday, June 21, 2024 at midnight.

Please complete this application for the Pre-College Nursing program with your parent or guardian.

Agreement and Waiver of University Liability:
I, undersigned, authorize my child to participate in the Pre-College Immersion and ride camp-provided transportation. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation in the above-mentioned program. I hereby, waive, release, absolve indemnity, and agree to hold harmless Fairfield University and the program instructors, organizers, sponsors, etc., for any claim arising out of injury to myself/child.

I have read and understand the Agreement and Waiver of University Liability.

Confirmation of Student Age and Eligibility:
I, undersigned, confirm that my child will be both (a) 15 years of age and (b) a rising junior, or senior by the start of the program.
